How to Book Appointments

Online Scheduling on FHS Website

The quickest way to schedule appointments is on our website. You do not need to login or be a prior patient with us to setup appointments.

Steps to Setup Appointments:

1. Visit the home page then navigate to the book appointment page of the top right corner of the website.
2. On the booking page, you will have the option to book by:
   1. State
      1. Texas
   2. Category
   3. Provider
3. After choosing a booking option, you will be prompted to select a location, service, and available booking times. If you are booking the appointment on-behalf of someone else, please enter the patient's information that will be seen during the appointment. (If a minor, please use your email address and we will link the account to yours). *During the booking process some services may prompt you to put a card on file*
4. Following the booking, a confirmation email or SMS message will be sent to you,

Schedule Appointments in Patient Portal

Steps to Setup Appointments:

1. Visit https://www.familyhospitalsystems.com then navigate to the patient portal page of the website.
2. Login using your email and password.
   1. If you are a new patient without an account, please see our create a patient portal account article.
3. Once inside the portal, you will navigate to the top right-hand corner to the "Book" button.
4. Select the location, service, and time to book the appointment.
5. Following the appointment booking, you will be able to manage your appointments under the "Appointment" section of your profile. Here you can cancel, reschedule, or see previous appointments.
