Manage, Cancel, or Reschedule Appointments

Updating Appointments Online

Patients who have access to the patient portal, can schedule, manage, and reschedule appointments directly inside of the portal.
  1. Visit https://familyhospitalsystems.com then navigate to the patient portal page of the website.
  2. Login using your email and password.
    1. If you are a new patient without an account, please see our create a patient portal account article.
  3. Once inside the portal, you will navigate to the left-hand menu to "Appointments".
  4. Under the "Appointment" section, you can cancel upcoming appointments, reschedule, or see previous appointments.
